Day of coordinator works 8-10 hours on the day of your wedding.
Service Description
PRE-CEREMONY (GETTING READY AT THE HOTEL) • Coordinator will arrive at the hotel room 1 hour after hair or make up scheduled time of the Bride. • Guide the vendors (HAMU, photographers, videographers) for their schedule to ensure that everything will flow smoothly on the said timeline. • Sets up everything that the photographer /videographer needs for their detail photos which includes the ff: *couple’s wedding ring *bride’s dress and groom’s suit, tie *couple’s shoes *couple’s accessories *wedding invitation *bouquet/boutonniere *perfume/cologne • Assist the bride, bridal party for their pictorial (in robe, getting ready) • Assist the bride if she needs help putting on her dress • Directing and guiding the bridal party for the wedding day timeline and schedule • Guide and assist the photographers and videographers for every poses they need for the getting ready pictures. • Organize and secure everything that is needed for the church/chapel or ceremony venue in one bag so the couple won’t miss anything during their busy times. (rings, marriage license, flower girl basket, candles, veil, cord, arras, ceremony programs, water bottle etc.) • Organized and distribute all the bridal party flowers (mini bouquet, corsages etc.) • help the groom and groomsmen to pin their boutonnieres • Provide bridal emergency kit • Bring everything that is needed for the reception area. CEREMONY: • Distribute the Ceremony programs to all the guests • Assist and guide the guests to be in their respective seats • Check and ensure that the decoration is good to go and nothing is missed • Ensure Mother Mary bouquet is already next to the couple’s seat (church wedding) • Directing and guide the entourage for the processional line up • Directing and guide the Photographers and videographers for the order of poses needed after the ceremony • Secure all the couple’s things that they used at the church/ceremony venue and make sure nothing will be forgotten. RECEPTION: • Check the venue if decorations, floor plan is in correct set up • Check all the vendors if everyone is starting to set up ( DJ, Band etc.) • Direct and guide the vendors for the reception timeline • Ensure couple will have the photo op with their guests • Check the cake and cake topper/decors • Check the buffet line (ensure it’s the correct menu) • Brief and explain the details of the reception timeline/ program to the assigned manager on duty for banquet • Place name cards, table numbers, reception programs etc.
